Personality test - find your natural working style

personalty testBusiness is dependent on interactions between people, each of whom have their own natural working style. The key is in making the interaction successful, whether one on one or within a team. We know what message we want to communicate to reach a successful outcome for us. A personality test is one tool you can use as part of making this happen.

People are not one dimensional - they are multi dimensional. The more parts of a person we understand, the easier it is to get a successful outcome. Within our mind there are three primary parts consisting of;

Thinking which is known as IQ - our intellectual quotient. This is measured over several different dimensions such as maths, sports, spatial etc. It is the speed at which we process within these dimensions. It is 98% predictable across our life time.

Feeling which is known as EQ - our emotional quotient. It is the most commonly used and understood psychological profile. It is measured in continuums such as extravert/introvert behavior. However it is only 55% predictable across our life time.

Doing which is known as MO – our modus operandi or Conative behavior. It is a persons natural working style. This is measured across the four quadrants of information, process, innovation and tactile. It is 82% predictable across our life time.

When you employ someone for a role, their success is generally defined by what they naturally do. Top performing employees invariably use their natural personality and talents (Conative) to focus their energy and competencies to best effect.

With better alignment of the person’s natural (talents) working style to their job, key results are;

  • Identifying and reinforcing excelling behaviors which enhance an individual’s effectiveness.

  • Identifying and modifying behavior that restricts personal job growth within team participation and  relationships.

  • Remove stress whilst raising effectiveness.

  • Prevents negative stress and time off work associated with the perceived “square peg in a round hole syndrome.”

From the individual’s perspective, understanding their Natural Working Styles;

  • Creates understanding for positive and negative drivers/stresses allowing the individual to plan their life actions more positively.

  • Aids self-assessment of particular situations and assists formulation of “winning” behavior.

  • Improvement in a person’s self worth and physical well being.

Huse Hill Associates is a licensed supplier of psychological profiling of people and roles which identify the person’s natural working style and alignment to what their job requires of them. This is achieved by completing a form of personality test questionnaire which is used to produce a Conative Profile report. Using this report the person or group will then receive an interpretation of the profile.

You get all your results through your people and the better the connection of the person and their role the better the result for the organisation.

OPTION 1 - Complete the online questionnaire further down this page.

OPTION 2 - Complete offline using the Word document below (for yourself and / or other people) and email it to us.
